Since 2013 our amazing team of Supporters, Ambassadors and Trustees have worked tirelessly to raise funds and awareness to support mental health wellbeing in the UK & Ireland.

We're proud to have raised over £500,000 for charity since we started that has gone directly to support charities and initiatives across the UK and Ireland. All of our running costs are supported by volunteers and we are proud that almost every penny raised goes directly to support our mission.

Mental health awareness and support has come a very long way since we started in 2013. The topic has become mainstream and stigma much less than it once was. That said, there is still a long way to go and we are as committed as ever in providing support and funds where needed.
